New UI is absolutely awful. It's so confusing and clunky. It also tells me to link my extracare card for offers, even though it's already linked. When I click on it to link it, it takes me to my savings dashboard that says it's linked, but that I have 0 offers and deals available to me. It's also super annoying that I have to close it out from the background to (hopefully) keep it closed. It also tells me I'll stay signed in if I use fingerprint. But makes me sign in every time, regardless.

Could be so much better. I need to use this app several times a month for various prescriptions. It is so much easier to have things prepaid and ready to go when you show up at the counter. This app has many issues. Never remembers what credit card I save as the primary, forgets who I am in between adding to the cart and checking out. Puts me in a loop when trying to figure out who I am and half the time I can't select my medication for check out. Update after update the same problems persist.

The app used to be serviceable but since two updates ago, the app has gotten much worse. After the most recent update I can't even sign in. It just says there are "technical issues". Restarting the app or my phone doesn't work so I guess I just can't use the app until they fix it? Inexcusable. This app is for prescriptions/healthcare, stability should be the absolute priority.
